About this class

Subtle Yoga to heal your nervous system! These 30 minute classes will walk you through a number of accessible techniques, including: postures, breathwork, relaxation, visualization, mantra, and mudra.

AM Classes - Brahmana techniques strengthen the SNS ability to bounce back after burning out. These interventions build resilience, physical energy and mental alertness. - You'll leave feeling ready to tackle the rest of your day.

PM Classes - Langhana techniques strengthen the PNS's ability to rest and digest. The interventions reduce excess nervous energy and mental activity leaving you feeling calm. - Prepare to sleep well and wake up feeling deeply rested.
